Registration
Registration Desks and General Information Desks are located at the lobby, 1F Big Ship. Please register and receive your name tag at the Registration Desk.
All congress registrants are required to wear their name tag in order to enter the sessions and exhibition. Name tags cannot be re-issued either during or after the meeting.

Luncheon Seminar
Luncheon pass will be distributed near the General Information Desks each day. Distribution will be closed upon reaching the maximum capacity for each seminar.
The luncheon pass is only vailed for the day of issue, and please note that once the seminar starts, the pass will become invalid, so you need to be the room before session hour.

Presentation Guideline
Guidelines for Oral Presentations
Data preparation & Check in to the PC preview desk
All oral presenters are required to check in to the PC preview desk.
Please check in to the PC preview center no later than 20 minutes prior to your presentation in order to preview and submit your presentation.
After checking in at the PC Preview Desk, please be seated at the speaker's standby seat in the session room.

The medium you may bring should be a USB flash memory drive or CD-R.

Oral Presentations can only be made with Windows 7 PCs (single screen only). Slide projectors are not available.
If your presentation file is made using Macintosh, please bring your own laptop.
* If you use your own laptop, please confirm the connection with your PC and a PC at the preview desk, and make sure to bring your own AC adaptor, auxiliary output adaptor (D-sub 15 pin or HDMI) and connector.
File Management:
* The projection screen is a XGA resolution (1024*768 pixels) for the session.
* Presentation files must be in Windows PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016.
* In order to avoid virus infection, please scan your data with updated anti-virus software beforehand.
* After saving your presentation file on the appropriate medium, do a test run on another PC to make sure it works normally.
* You can use neither audio nor movies, nor any presenter tools in your presentation.
* If you use your own laptop, please turn off a function of screen saver and energy saver. (As well as hot corner of Macintosh)
* Any copies of your presentation data which the Secretariat has received will be deleted after the meeting.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
There is no check- in desk for the poster presenters.
The size of panel is 120cm (Width) X 190cm (Height). The presentation number is shown at the upper left corner of each panel. Please find your presentation number and put up your poster. Pushpins and presenter's ribbons are prepared on each panel.
Please present a label showing the title, affiliation and the speaker's name in a space of 70cm width and 20cm height at the upper right corner next to your presentation number.
Poster sessions are held as free discussion style, so there is no session chair.
Presenters are requested to be present in front of their posters during the period of the Poster Session (13:20 - 14:00).
Please follow the mounting and removal schedule indicated below.
