2. Congress Format
The 37th KOREA-JAPAN Urological Congress will be a hybrid event consisting of both an in-person congress in Yonago and a live-streaming congress through our online event platform.
* The Congress session will not be on-demand broadcasted.
* Poster presentations will only be presented on-site.

Those who want to participate online need to complete registration during pre-registration period.
3. Registration Fees

**Due to ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, the 37th Korea-Japan Urological Congress does not call for registrations for Accompanying Persons.
*Important Notice
Those who want to complete pre-registration as “Resident” need to submit either completed certificate (downloadable from here) or a copy of vailed student card by October 14 via E-mail to the registration (wj_gakkai@nta.co.jp).
Without those documents, pre-registration as “Resident” will not be completed and the fee difference will be charged.

Should your registration remain unpaid as of October 16, 2021, you cannot receive any pre-registration benefits and the fee differences will be charged.

5. Name Card
For Online Participants
Name card (with receipt) will be downloaded at our website after the congress ends (You cannot get it at the registration system).

Participants will receive a name card (with receipt) when they check in at the registration desk.
Pre-registered attendees are advised to bring their registration and payment confirmation to receive a name card at the registration desk.
