3. Registration Procedure
Please download a registration application form from the meeting website (http://www.convention-w.jp/40thjasect-sp/index_e.html) and bring it with you to the registration desk after filling out necessary information.

1) Please register with your printed application form at the registration desk and receive your name tag, receipt and necessary documents.
2) Students must provide availed proof of current student states (e.g. a photocopy of your student ID card) at the registration desk. All registered students will be provided with a name tag and receipt.
3) Notification
(1)

All congress registrants are required to wear their name tag in order to have access to the sessions and exhibitions
As a rule, the name card （proof of participation） cannot be reissued.
(2) Write your name and affiliation on the name card （proof of participation） and wear it at all times when in attendance. Persons wearing a name card without your name will not be permitted entry.
(3)

General announcements, etc. will not be made through the PA system, nor will a paging service be offered in the venues. A message board will be set up near the General Information Desk for attendee use. In case of emergency, please inform the General Information Desk.
(4)

Please turn off your cell phone, or switch it to silent mode inside the conference venue.

*Registration will be closed upon reaching a fixed number of participants.

Please note that the valuables such as cash/jewelry/precious metals/ laptop computers (personal computers etc.) and computer accessories/pets will not be accepted.

Lost and Found:
Lost and Found is handed over at the headquarters only for October 11 and 12.
Vouchers for Luncheon Seminars:
Vouchers for luncheon seminars were available for pre-registration via the homepage and will not be distributed on the day the seminar is held to anyone without registration.
Other:
・ Taking photos, recording the seminar and/or video-taping is prohibited inside the seminar rooms and during the seminar. Conference staff will ask the individual to leave the premises when these rules are violated, especially when flash is used.
・

Smoking is prohibited inside the conference venue.
