Luncheon pass will be distributed at the General Information Desks each day. Distribution will be closed upon reaching the maximum capacity for each seminar.
The luncheon pass is only vailed for the day of issue, and please note that once the seminar starts, the pass will become invalid, so you need to be the room before session hour.

All poster presenters are required to check in at the check- in desk in front of the poster presentation room on the 4F, Okayama City Museum.
