Name Card and Receipt for online participants
| * | Online Participants can download their name cards with receipt from the Live-streaming Congress System after the congress ends. |
| * | Name card will be issued from November 10 (Wed) to November 22 (Mon), 2021. You can only download your name card during above indicated period (the congress secretariat cannot issue name cards after these period), so please do not fail to get it if you need it. |
| * | On-site participants will receive their name cards at the venue, so they cannot download it from the Live-streaming Congress System. |
How to participate the Live-streaming Congress
| 1） | To participate Live-streaming Congress (online), pre-registration by October 14 is required. | ||||
| 2） | Those who completed pre-registration will receive a message from the Congress Secretariat that contains the connection log-in and password information to log in to the Live-streaming Congress. | ||||
| 3） | Login page is accessible from 37th Congress Website (this website). Please also be sure to confirm your internet connection is stable before the Congress starts. ・Recommended OS and browsers for the Live-streaming Congress

| 4） | Live-streaming period: from 15:30 on October 29 (Fri) to 18:30 on October 30 (Sat) | ||||
| 5） | As with a physical meeting, each session will proceed in the order identified and maintain the schedule. You cannot watch any presentations if you miss the schedule. NO presentations will be on-demand streamed. ※Poster presentations will be posted on the Live-streaming Congress from 15:30 on October 29 (Fri) to 18:30 on October 30 (Sat) and available at any time during this period. |

| 6） | Live sessions will be streamed via the Zoom Webinar. Please install the Zoom app in advance. You can post your question using the Zoom Webinar's “Q & A” feature during live streaming. Session chairs reserves the right to pick up questions. |
